Nothing can dampen the Season,
Because all things give way before the ‘Reason’;
COVID-19 can’t take Christ’s Shine,
Because the Star that shone that fateful day has never paled.

The light shines brightest where it is darkest;
The gloomier the clouds, the brighter the flashes of lightning;
That is why Christmas in COVID-19’s shadow
Is the Merriest Christmas yet.

To be merry is to remember the hope and faith we have in Him;
To celebrate is to acknowlege His utmost preeminence;
To love and to give is to honour His perfect desire;
To be merry is to affirm our trust in Him.
