He deserves the best, but I usually give Him the rest;
What’s left after I’ve taken what I ‘need’ and want;
I take a breath, take a bite, take a nap,

The Father’s Love
Who is bold enough to step into the heart of the Father,
And experience His agony as He gives up His beloved Son
For the return of His prodigal son and his seed?
Who is strong enough, to take in that wrenching pain

In solemn silence, where Your spirit empowers, I bear to overcome;
In solemn silence, Your intentions are made known – loud and clear;

Fellowship
The lines have been drawn,

In realms seen and unseen battles are undertaken.
In places dark and murky a light has shown.
Resolutions must be made in the plains of inconsistencies.

Each Day, He is
It is the little things and the big things;
It is the sleepless nights and dreary days;
That shave and chafe the will;
Even as He mends and heals my ills.
